Digital Content & Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases.
However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital download, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.

Goodwill Refund Window
Notwithstanding the above, we offer a 14-day goodwill refund period from the date of purchase.
Refunds may be granted where:
• You are dissatisfied with the product;
• You purchased in error;
• There is a technical compatibility issue we are unable to resolve.
