Beardyman @ Glastonbury 2010 – Arcadia Stage (part 2)

Part 2 of a rather brutal improvised dance set, keeping it pretty abstract and deep and dirty. Nothing in this set is pre-recorded. I make everything by live-looping my voice through effects and playing riffs into keyboards, using Kaoss Pads and other units. The laptop is just there to record the set. Silly really, i should put it out of the way, everyone thinks i use ableton. . but they’ll see. . . they’ll ALL see MOOOHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAA!!! ahem. . . and welcome back.

Absolutely brilliant. I must say the first time I heard beardyman on youtube, for the initial few minutes I wouldn’t even think that he’s doing it live just with voice and loopers/mixers. And then it struck me, that.. he IS! My jaw dropped. RESPECT!
